Networking
Membership in and attendance of the chapter meetings is a great way to meet other Payroll Professionals in the Kentuckiana area, discuss common concerns, and share information and past experiences. This PPK Chapter has been active in the Louisville Community since 1992.

Meetings and Seminars
The PPK holds meetings every month (generally on Friday) and presents a speaker on subjects impacting the payroll profession such as current and future legislation, technology, compensation, and fringe benefits. Speakers include representatives of government agencies. The chapter also sponsors an annual Mini-Conference.

CPP Study Group
For members who are planning to take the Certified Payroll Professional or the Fundamental Payroll Certification exam, we offer a study group facilitated by currently Certified Payroll Professional members to assist in preparing for certification. For further information, see the Events Page.

National Payroll Week
As a joint effort with PayrollOrg, the local chapter is active in recognizing all Payroll Professionals for the vital role they play in maintaining the smooth functioning of the payroll tax withholding system and for working effectively with federal, state, and local tax officials.
Joining your national & local payroll chapter is a perfect opportunity to tap into a wealth of knowledge and experience!

Payroll is continually impacted by ever-changing regulations, from DOL to ERISA to IRS to your local tax agency and beyond, therefore having access to fellow professionals that are navigating the same issues can be invaluable!

So YES!  Membership in PPK is a gateway to endless networking -- we look forward to seeing you at a future meeting!   See our Membership Form link below and check our Events page periodically for meeting updates.
